About Us:

We provide quality assured Electrical Engineering, contracting and consultancy services to blue chip clients on various geographical locations across Ireland, UK and Mainland Europe.  We specialise in full turnkey solutions up to and including 275KV in the Renewables sector and other Mission Critical Facilities.

About the Role:

As part of the Engineering team, you will be involved in all aspects of planning and delivering routine and reactive work, on high voltage assets across a range of technologies including windfarms, battery energy storage projects, etc. We offer the opportunity to gain expertise in project management activities in a thought-provoking setting.

Specific Responsibilities:

·      Reporting to the Engineering Manager to support the departments' responsibilities, contributing to the overall success of the business through the provision of efficient and effective administrative support.

·     Work closely with the Engineering team, to ensure that relevant administrative tasks are dealt with efficiently.

·     Perform general departmental administration tasks as and when required to meet the needs of the department.

·     Manage and maintain the Lagan Energy(LEE) Asset Management System and the LEE document management system.

·     Liaise with internal and external customers/contacts to ensure a smooth flow of information and work between the department and other internal/external departments and contacts.

·     Ensure effective and efficient processing of documents through Company systems, working within set time frames.

·     Provide other appropriate ad hoc duties, and administrative support throughout the business, as and when required.

·     Work with internal Commercial and Contracts team to ensure progress of Purchase Orders.

Person Specification:

Essential Criteria:

·         Experience of working in an administration/secretarial role.

·         Intermediate to advanced level of proficiency with MS Office programmes.

·         Ability to generate professional correspondence unaided.

·         Display good time management skills and the ability to prioritise a busy workload

·         Ability to multi-task and work efficiently and accurately under pressure.

·         Professional and pleasant manner in communicating with internal and external customers.

 

Desirable Criteria:

·         Experience within the Hyperscale and/or Renewables industry.
