We provide quality assured Electrical Engineering, contracting and consultancy services to blue chip clients on various geographical locations across Ireland, UK and Mainland Europe.  We specialise in full turnkey solutions up to and including 275KV in the Renewables sector and other Mission Critical Facilities.

As Principal Contractor on the first of kind installation of a Hydrogen Electrolyser on the island of Ireland within Wind Farms, we take Pride as a front runner contributing to the decarbonisation of the electrical grid infrastructure.

Helping lead both Ireland and the UK in achieving our Net Zero targets by 2050.

Your role will be to carry out cable termination, installation, maintenance and general electrical duties within mission critical facilities, with opportunity to progress through the company.

• Carry out MV terminations up to 36KV
• Carry out MV industrial electrical installation
• MV Glanding and terminating of installed cable types of AWA/SWA, XLPE, MDPE
• Assist in developing trainees with on-site training
• Liaise with all site teams to identify and close out on quality issues.
• Execute heat shrink/cold shrink type terminations and separable connector type terminations.

Essential Criteria:

• Good knowledge of single line diagrams (SLD’s) and cable schedules
• Excellent cable preparation skills
• Willing to work away from home when required.
• Comfortable with working at height and within confined spaces
• Good judgement and decision-making skills
• Full clean UK/IE Driving licence

Desirable Criteria:

• Hold current CSR/CSCS Card
• Manual handling certificate
• Fork lift license
• Experience in the various types of MV cable testing megger and VLF
• Full suite of Jointing certificates with various recognised termination manufacturers
